A start up energy service company, E-volution spearheaded by Jean-Philippe Seya in Côte d’Ivoire, sought to break into the energy auditing and retrofitting market. To fine-tune their business model, this project analyzed estimated cost data for a pilot customer, and conducted a profit-loss analysis (5 years). The project questioned based on initial client and anticipated energy savings, if E-volution’s business model financially feasible.
